Crescent Communities on Lake Keowee have interior lots with deeded boat slips that sell for $150,000 or more. Lake Keowee waterfront lots with docks are selling for $499,000 and higher. It’s a good idea to find a builder who understands the rules and setbacks for Lake Keowee and its communities. The communities are located in Pendleton, Seneca, Central, Westminster, Anderson areas. The agents and the builder are really a pleasure to work with when being an agent representing a buyer.
